TL&T Management LLC. was founded in Baltimore, Maryland in 2007, to acquire, manage, lease, and sell  properties. The company was created to provide affordable housing where there is a need.  

The company has consistently excelled in renting properties to tenants and managing properties for landlords. We also manage our own properties. By focusing on opportunities to locate affordable housing and catering to under-serviced markets and tenant types, TL&T Management LLC.  has achieved and continued growth in a variety of locations.

In-house, our organization includes property managers, accounting and maintenance support personnel.

Role and Responsibilities of TL&T Management LLC. to Property Owners

First, the most  important role of TL&T Management LLC. is  that of acting as liaison between the landlord and tenant. Duties of  TL&T Management LLC. include accepting rent, responding to and addressing maintenance issues, advertising vacancies for landlords, and doing credit and background checks on tenants.

As property managers we will maintain the maintenance on a property. TL&T Management LLC. relations with tenants gives a face to the landlord and provides them the necessary buffer to profit and distance themselves from their tenant constituency.
